Rates
I have institutional rates and nonprofit rates for the work I do, and can charge per event, or hourly. To give a broader range with transparency:
Workshops generally range from $400 to $2,500 (USD) per event, depending on audience size, preparation and debrief meetings, possible co-facilitation design, and the collaborative research and knowledge-building that informs our process.
Longer-term institutional residencies with multiple stakeholder engagement events, onsite participatory research, and a culminating keynote generally range from $3,000-$12,000, depending on length of residency, depth of partnership, anticipated participant numbers, and design and documentation of learning outcomes.
Hourly work generally ranges $40-60/hour for design and documentation, and $100-250/hour for hosting live, participatory, research-based events as a facilitator or co-facilitator, including interactive collaboration sessions, rehearsal and action labs, and larger stakeholder meetings.
Rates change based on number of participants served, the scope of the event/s, and deliverables.
10% of all fees go to grassroots organizations working on healthcare, environmental, + racial justice.
Tax Deductible Donations
The nonprofit work I do falls under the umbrella of It Is In You Initiatives, with 501c3 sponsorship for select projects. Tax deductible donations to produce + tour select It is In You projects (e.g. Flipping Cancer) with related workshops, performances, and community-based research and engagement can be made online or by mail via sponsoring 501c3 Heart Space Spiritual Resources. Please note project in memo.
